My 03 450 es is really starting to rattle at high rpm and its due for a top end rebore likley and i was wondering if anybody knows if the new 500 cylinder and piston could be used to increase the displacement. I also know the sell a bb kit at highlifter but I would like to hear some feedback as to the performance and reliability. I run big tires and pull extremely heavy loads through very rough trails and deep muck so the thing has to run slow and pull hard without overheating . It has survived 1300 hours with one piston replacement and nothing else always running MOTUL 5100 full synthetic oil.

The 500 cylinder will not work. But Thumper Racing has a 480BBK
