Can anyone tell me how to take the secondary clutch out of a 660 rhino? I have had the secondary clutch just about out and it hits the 1" tubing that the seat sits on?

Noooooooooooooooooooo you can either damage the sheave or bend the transmission shaft by prying on them. Pull the plate off that holds the lock pin for the seat, and just lift up on the engine, the rubber mounts give enough to get the sheave off.

Took mine apart tonight with no issues. All you do is take off the support rails for the driver's seat........it all comes out really easy.

How about changing the sheave? Is it a fairly straigh-forward process? I'm wondering if I should have the dealer do it...but that's quite a bit of $$
Thanks
