Suggestion was made to start a thread for those of us fortunate enough to be getting the first batch.

Do any of you plan on having it dyno'd right away, I'm still trying to find someone around me that does atv's but no luck yet.

Should be able to swap maps just like with the power commander.

On the Dyno which dyno system will be used a Chasis Dyno or Load Dyno? There is a big differance in the both of them. Also its really important to run all your runs in a controlled environment under the exact same conditions, there are several Dyno's on the markert, Dyno Jet, Super Flow, Mustang, Clayton, just to name a few

Just make sure to do a dyno run with stock ECU, then another run in as little time as it takes you to swap out the stocker for the VDI, don't worry so much about HP numbers, look at the difference between ECUs as you'll loose a bunch with agressive tires on the dyno anyway.

I got the email from Lyle today and I think I'm going to bite and get the VDI. My question is are any of you guys running PCIII's going to keep running it along with the VDI. Sorry to change the subject but I have anew PCIII that I bought a couple months ago and I guess I will try to unload it as Lyle has come through for us.

There are a lot of people that may not want to spend the money on the new VDI and might want a deal on the power commanders. No benefit to running both on the king.

Start listing them on Nyroc or Ebay but remember they aren't worth gold, there are going to be a lot of them for sale in the near future.

redking,
Is that because you can smoke the tires or can't prevent smoking the tires? . Can't wait to get mine installed

May I ask what map you are running with the yoshi pipe?

Someone that has ridden with this thing installed, can you wheelie at will no matter with a bit of weight on the front? I am still at a loss why I cant wheelie even with the PC111 and the coop mod and clutch kit. I am getting the VDI and I dont want to be disappointed when I hook it up and go for a ride. If I dont jerk the front wheels up high enough to drag my rear bumper I am going to be upset.

It's a the 91 octane w/ no limiters map. I found reduced performance when running the 87 octane map with 91+ octane.

When the reports start flowing in I sure would like to see some Videos And reports on how much cooler the engine runs?

Lyle, for those of us running aftermarket exhaust, can we run our PC111 w/ the Copperhead to achieve proper fuel settings until you have the maps available for aftermarket exhaust? I think you talked about this way back, but I want to make sure the two will work together for the time being.

JJJ, mine will be going to the dyno as soon as I can get my fuel pressure set!
It will not be an accurate representation of how much this "one mod" helps, but ought to give a good bit of insight into the overall capability of the motor

I asked the same thing, and he recommended to me to remove the PC. He also said if it was left in place to lean out the mid range on the PC to prevent it running too rich. I plan on taking mine off, putting it in the original package and storing it away in case I buy another King. Maybe the PC would be able to be converted to the 450, which is what I plan to buy the wife.

YEEEHHOOOO!!! My debit card shows a purchase from VDI. Shipping Monday, 2-day air, that means Wednesday my brain is going 90mph trying to get through the day. Then I have to wait till Friday after work to drive out to LBL(45 minutes) to go ride. Hope I get off early so I can have some time to play.

Thank you Lynn, Big Dozer!
