They bolted up fine in stock form however once you sat on the bike or accelerated it would rub the rear plastic and on hard braking it would hit up front in the fenderwell. I put HL springs all around (very stiff) and it no longer hits anywhere. I tried 1.5" wheel spacers up front to even up the look a bit and it would rub the fenderwell so I took them out. The fronts are 10" the rears 12".

Why not just buy a jet ski or a submarine! Ha Ha. Just kidding. Love those big tires.

What about the rear, how close is the tire to the foot rail? You said HL springs, did you also use a lift kit? Any other MODS? THANKS!

Jet ski pumps didn't like the mud and a submarine can't do wheelies. :) Seriously though a lot of the trails we ride during the rainy season get pretty deep so the snorkels are pretty much a requirement.

With the springs in the back there is a good 1" between the tire and the rear metal foot rail. The HL springs are extremely stiff, in fact a bit too stiff for me but for now I'll deal with a stiff ride and no clearance issues. Without the springs it would get very close on hard acceleration and would hit the outside black plastic. The only lift is the HL springs. I wouldn't put a lift on top of the HL springs as the angle on the rear axles are about as far as I would want to go on the stockers.

The front would rub with any braking before the springs. Afterwords you could turn lock to lock with no rubbing at all.

Once Gorilla comes out with axles for the KQ we are going to fab a lift for it and maybe experiment with some softer springs, maybe stock brute springs.

Last time out I had the trans snorkels, 29.5's and HL springs the rest was stock. I just added a EPI/HL clutch kit and Twin air filter.

here is a pic of my left side button selection. the winch control switch was put on by my dealer and that is how they do all of them. it is very strong and does not move when you push on it. the horn is a neat option and i use it more that i thought i would. no more yelling to the guys around you, the horn makes them look.
