I have a 04 Honda Rincon and it will start and idle but there is little to no rev. The throttle plate is moving and I've tried to either choke it when applying the throttle or spray carb cleaner into it and it will actually slow it dowon even more. I did notice that the slide in the carb doesn't move when it attempts to rev and I have taken the slide out and inspected the diaphragm under a light and there appears to be no pin hole or tear in it. Any suggestions?
