Hey guys I just urchased a Kingquad 750 and my brother in law is now looking at a Honda Rancher 2006. My question is this The bike comes with no paperwork , no title or regestration, I know it is a 2006 , but i am unsure of the engine size. Did they make a 420 or 400 in 2006.
The book says it is a 400 AT, but i dont know if it is the book that came with the bike.I trust the owner, she dont know much about it since it was her late husbands. It also says its supposed to have a GPS system in the book , and it doesnt. Just trying figure out what im getting into.
The bike has all but 20 hours on it. Plastics are brand new. All t needs is a new battery and fresh oil.
Is ther anything else I should know about the bike ?? Defects , recalls , typicall isses know fro this bike ?

Get the vin number and have a honda dealer run it for you, that will tell you everything about size, year, and everything else.

Most dealers will do it for free. They are hoping by helping you, you will be helping them when it's time for parts and supplies and possibly when time to upgrade machines.
Or if your eyesight is good, you might translate vin HERE
