I have been looking all day in to whether or not this court Doc. was a true Judgment against Obama but with AP posting “Judge tosses lawsuit challenging Obama citizenship.”
One would think Judge Barclay Surrick has rejected the suit by Philip J. Berg.
Now I just wonder why Justia.com would post a court order that is not a real Court Document?
I don’t know what I’m missing.
I’m glad that ones who have voted for Obama will have their votes counted for if the court papers were right these voters would have thrown away their votes.

Suits been thrown out by a federal judge. Obama was born in Hawaii by an American woman and a Kenyan man. The 2 were divorced and the mother married an Indonesian man. He's a citizen of the US therefore is a candidate to be our next president.

This thing over Obama Birth certificate is not over yet, (with over 9 law suits in difference courts in this country and Philip Berg is going up the ladder to higher courts with his suit).
The biggest question for most people is about Obama birth but not for me.
For me it is why Obama risk not addressing the law suit for the Judge could have order Obama off the ballot for not responding. Why did Obama take that chance with Berg suit?
Obama should just give the courts his Birth certificate and put and end to all of these law suits over the birth certificate. I think this would help Obama if the courts would clear this up with a ruling.
Bill Clinton had women making all kinds of clams when he was running for president and for the most of his Presidencies he was fighting law suit after law suit. Obama don’t need to be dealing with law suits when this country needs him focus on the problem at hand when he is President.

Oh what the heck! Let’s see if I can stir the pot a bit. Some of you may find this kind of interesting and some may not. This took place September 07 2008, I find this quite disturbing to think some one that has no respect for this country would get the support like they have for president. Oh by the way, reports made by both Obama and his Mother regarding his place of birth have been conflicting and yet nothing has been brought forward.

Obama Explains National Anthem Stance Sun, 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, General Bill Ginn' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain why he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played. The eneral also stated to the Senator that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171... During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. At the very least, "Stand and Face It"

Ok I don’t know about how much the average person knows about the Middle East or about Islam, but Islam is not of peace and the people in the Middle East have more arms i.e. RGP’s and AK-47’s then any one in the U.S.. The Quran basically says to kill any one that is not Islam. Yea! Peace I think not. I spent 18 months in the Middle East after 09-11-2001, one day several of us watched two men have their throats cut and then disemboweled, due to that being their culture we were unable to stop it..

well some got upset at me for a post on here, but i made no threats, no swearing, and no hidden messages. In 2 days we will see if CHANGE happens. If bomba gets elected, we will have change!!! In the form of socialism!! Now i know that will be fine for many, as freedom and backbone means nothing to them.
i spoke with a colored lady whom said bomba's face would be on some form of money to reflect his importance to our nation. HMMMMMMMMMMM................. wasnt saddam insane's face printed on iraq money? She exclaimed "we will have a black man in charge, it is time for a black man to be president!"

Time will prove all points. But please remember one thing. We as a nation have been a boat that has come close to being capsized. But never has. What you will see over the last 200 years is that we have a real hard time staying in the center of the boat. We are always leaning way to the left or to the right. The Center is the Constution of the United States of America. We have just had one of the most dramatic 8 years of people hanging off the edge of the boat only to have the water of Empire building and worthless money flooding every corner of our nation.
If you have ever been in a boat that is too heavy on one side you instinctively push to the other side.
That is what is happening today and it will prove that come Tuesday.
What we have to do as a people is not be swayed by every AP news wire or trend. But be strong and steady with what made this country great. The founding fathers were a blessed people with God given wisdom. We are a nation that should hold dear to our hearts the road map that was inspired by them thru a higher power that only in your hearts of hearts know to be true.
It won't be this year or the in the next 4 years, but the higher power is raising an army of Patriots to take the banner back. The Banner of the Constitution, bill of rights, the republic we are and the rule of law.

We'll my thoughts came true. We as a nation shifted to the other side. Obama has made history and I'm glad that I could be apart of it. Not that I voted for him. But that MLK words have come true.
Obama has put to rest the discrimination that has plagued this nation of the past. No longer can any man say white or black that discrimination played in the role of not giving opportunity to the highest office in the land. Shame on any black man that might suggest that in the future. He will be looked at as a fool.
Now I quote Obama out of his acceptance speech last night. 11/4/08
"Let's remember that it was a man (Lincoln)from this state (Illinois) who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House, a party founded on the values of self-reliance and individual liberty and national unity."
In that statement if he can hold those values close to his heart and make all his future decisions regarding those words. He will be be a great leader and not anything of a socialist. But if it's just words. Then we will never see the change this country needs. But of more destruction.
I will be watching and listening to everyone of his decisions and moves. I will hold him to the words of the Constitution, bill of rights and the rule of law.
If he will make an honest effort I will support him in every effort I can.
I think everyman deserves a chance and support to promote what is true and just.
On Jan/20 he will take the oath of office.
He will swear to uphold the constitution.

Reno I’m with you to hold him to his oath to uphold the Constitution.
But Obama might not take that oath if he doesn’t prove he meets the Constitution requirements.
I’m not saying Obama has not met the Constitution requirements but Obama or DNC has not proven it to the public.
How little is it to ask for him to prove he does meet the requirements? The rules should be upheld no mater who the candidate is.

Vice presidential Candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. to file in court asking to de-certify Barack Obama because he has refused to release proof of being a Natural Born Citizen, thereby disqualifying Obama in his bid for the Office of President.
The recent Lawsuit in Washington State demanding their Secretary of State to vet the citizenship credentials of Barack Obama has spawned a slew of similar suits with new lawsuits filed and/or prepared in WA, FL, NC, CO, CA, OH, FL, CT, GA, TX, MI. Related lawsuits HI, US District.
As part of this effort, this group of citizens from states across the union made an outreach to the whole presidential slate asking each candidate for president and vice president to offer up a certified copy of their birth certificates and any related candidate declarations to be placed in a library made available to the public via a non-partisan web site.

If bomba is proven to be born in another nation, then what? would he have to be deported? Who would be president then? What type of fall-out would there be? Riots, murder, looting???? Maya Soetoro (Obama Sister) has a Certification of live birth that is from Hawaii like the one you posted and we know she was born in Indonesia.
COLB will not get you a US passport so even if this is an good COLB it don’t prove were Obama was born.
This is only the start of the questions about Obama’s Natural Born Citizenship. This is growing about whether Obama is Natural Born Citizenship.
This could be over with in less than hour by giving the legal documents to the courts. John McCain did in 2000 and had all illegal ends taken care of to prove he was qualified.
