Interesting! Seal them up with a manhole to get to the lugs and I bet you could float across a lake.

We can run across the marsh with this bike fully loaded with gear...our only problem is when we run into an area with no grass it goes straight to the bottom...and any one who knows anything about Louisiana knows that there is no bottom.... Oh and no worries about tearing up the marsh b/c after 3 years we still have to use flags to mark the trail so we can find it

the problem with beer kegs is they are heavy, i looked at those for a while but pretty much all the ones we found were made of SS. all these are made of is 3/4" aluminum tubing rolled to a 28" diameter and then wrapped with 1/8" aluminum sheeting. we then used a piece of 6" aluminum C-channel to mount it to the hubs.
here is a closer look at the inside
sorry for the quality of the pics, this bike belongs to a friend of mine and we took these pics after a weekend at the camp last December and i'll just say i threw away 8 empty cases of Bud Ice not long after taking these pics, i dont have any build pics, but i'll call my buddy up and see if he does. if not i will take pics of the new ones im building for the King
